What to expect on cut-over day

The transfer of your e-mail will begin at 9:30 am on the cut-over day you selected on the signup sheet.

Prior to moving your e-mail, ITS will contact you via your contact phone number to inform you when your cut-over is about to begin. You can continue using e-mail as you normally would prior to receiving this call.

Once you have been contacted, ITS will transfer all of your stored e-mail including your inbox, mail folders, file attachments, and trash folders. ITS will follow up with another phone call once your mail has been transferred to the new e-mail system.

Cut-overs will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on the number and size of your mailboxes.
