TeleConference Calls

To place a conference call, please contact LDMI Conferencing Services at 888.567.5364.

Basic conference calls through LDMI cost 18 cents per minute per participant. This is a significant savings over other conference calling providers.

When you call LDMI, be prepared to provide the following:

• Date, time and estimated duration of the call
• Type of conference call
• Name and phone number of the host
• Names and phone numbers of participants (for dial out calls)
• Calling handling instructions and preferences

There are several different types of conference calls to choose from. The main differences are whether or not the calls will be toll-free to the participants, and whether or not they call in and get an operator, dial a code, or whether the operator calls them.

There are also several enhanced services available. If you would like further information, please contact LDMI.

When you schedule a conference call through LDMI, please contact Louise Rae at 313.993.1460 or raeloe@udmercy.edu and provide the date, time and host of the call and the account number you wish the call billed to.

If you require a conference phone system, one may be scheduled through the Audio-Visual and Classroom Support office at 313.578.0360.
