DHCP Setup for Windows NT

• From the Start menu, select Settings, choose Control Panel.
• Double-click on Network.
• Click on the Protocol tab.
• Select TCP/IP and click Properties.
• Select Obtain an IP address from a DHCP Service.
• Click on the DNS tab.
• Host: same name as NetBIOS name.
• Domain: clear all entries.
• DNS List: clear all entries.
• Domain Suffix Search Order: Clear all entries.
• Click on the WINS tab.
• Primary and Secondary WINs: clear all entries.
• Click OK for the TCP/IP Properties window.
• Click OK for the Network window.
• Restart your computer.
