Microsoft Office Professional and Operating Systems UDM owns a fixed number of seats to cover all faculty and administrative user computers.  The terms of this licensing provides coverage for all Academic Computing Laboratories as well as a fixed number of clients for Microsoft Servers and Exchange Servers.
MSDN  The CIS and CS programs both own MSDN licenses that allow for student in CIS and CS classes to install various Microsoft products on personal (non-university owned) computers.  Faculty are required to submit class rosters to ITS at the start of the semester and students borrowing media are required to sign an agreement form that is submitted to Microsoft. 
McAfee UDM owns a fixed number of licenses to cover all University owned computers.  UDM purchases a license for each student living in the McNichols campus residence halls.
SPSS UDM owns a 25 user license for the McNichols campus. 
Macromedia Dreamweaver UDM owns 50 user licenses of MX 2004 for use on the McNichols campus. 
Autodesk The Architecture department funds a 50 user license for various Autodesk products.  Licenses are first assigned to Architecture systems and secondly to other academic computing laboratories.  Limited use within the administration is permissible.
Respondus & Studymate UDM owns a campus license agreement through July 2009.
TurnItIn.Com UDM owns a University license through January 2009.
