MS04-011 Virus Fix

If you are a Windows user and you are encountering a virus that continually reboots your system, follow the steps below.

1. Disconnect your computer from the network by removing the cable.

2. Backup all critical files.

3. Reconnect your computer to the network and reboot.

4. Apply the following service pack update to your system.

5. Reboot the computer.

6. Run windowsupdate.microsoft.com and patch apply all appropriate security patches.

7. Reboot.
