MOBILE LAB INFORMATION:


There are two mobile lab carts available for faculty/student user's. There are 48 wireless notebooks on the two carts.

You can schedule the Mobile lab cart by using the Lab Reservations and you will also be required to sign a Mobil Lab Request form that

states the the time of your request, the delivery location and pick-up time for the Mobile Lab cart.

You will be required to sign the form at the time of delivery stating that you are responsible for the equipment during the time you requested it.

Please let us know if we can pick the Mobile lab cart up before the end of your class so we can get the equipment for another request (if needed).

If you your class is over before the ending time please call the CHP lab at 993.1174, and the Lab Tech will come get the Mobile Cart, we also

ask that you do not attempt to load the laptops into the cart, leave them on the desk for the Lab Tech.

DO NOT LEAVE EQUIPMENT UNATTENDED IN THE CLASSROOM!

To avoid theft, faculty must let the Tech Team staff know if they let their class out before the scheduled pick-up times.

The Lab Tech will deliver the mobile cart and setup the laptops and start them up.
