Telecomm Support

Before reporting a problem, please check the signal for all telecomm ports in the resident room.  In some rooms two ports exist and in others three.  Only one port will be active.

Resident students using the University local phone service are to report service problems to the Helpdesk.  The Telecomm department resides within the ITS department.  (Tickets submitted to the Facilities system will not be received and therefore not processed.)

Residents requiring telecomm support for medical devices should submit their request to the Associate Vice President for Information Technology. 

The Telecomm department works directly with the phone company to resolve all issues.
