Loaner Program

The University has a limited number of wireless notebook computers and data projectors available for short-term signout (7 days maximum) by faculty and administrative employees attending to University business off-site.

Students looking for loaner equipment should consult their program chairs or the Student Life Office.

Equipment is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call 313.993.1554 to schedule equipment. You will need to provide an employee ID at the time of pickup and sign a form agreeing to partner with their department and accept the financial replacement responsibility for missing or damaged equipment.

Failure to return the equipment as scheduled will result in termination of loaner privileges and may impact fellow colleagues who are counting on the equipment being available. Replacement costs are notebook $1500 and data projector $2000.
