The Enterprise Applications Service department provides and supports the hardware and software tools necessary to operate the business of the University as well as manages the TitanConnect portal and multitude of web services.
In March 2007, this department was formed by combining the resources devoted to the administrative system and web services area. The primary focus for this area is the installation and conversion of all existing distributed systems into the centralized enterprise TitanConnect Banner system.
