Copy and Paste in Communigate

Be careful when copying and pasting text from MS Word into a web based e-mail system such as Communigate. Certain symbols, including the single apostrophe, " ' " the quotation, " " " and the dash, " - " are converted into question marks " ? " when pasted into e-mails. Be sure to watch and clean up any confusing symbols before sending your message.

It is recommended that you send the message to yourself before sending it to your intended audience.  Review the message in your Inbox and then make corrections before sending the message on.
