$100/hour for calls within the United States
$100/hour plus usage for calls outside of the United States

Two hour minimum.

To set up a Video Conference Call

1. Review and complete the video conferencing agreement.

2. Locate the following connection information to establish the call:

  • ISDN Dial-in #
  • Connection Speed
  • Mobile-voice # to contact before the call
  • Mobile voice # to contact during the call

Verify the call site can communicate using the Video-Conferencing H.320 standard.  ITS does not host IP based sessions.

3. Reserve the room by calling 313.993.3313

4. Reserve the equipment and schedule an on-site technician through the office by calling the Audio-Visual and Classroom Support office at 313.578.0360. Deliver a copy of the completed video conferencing agreement to the ITS-AV Manager.

5. Make $200 deposit to the UDM-Student Accounting Office into the ITS professional services account.

An Audio-Visual technician will be on-site 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to establish a connection and will remain present outside of the room for support as needed.
